𝗪𝗲𝗻𝗱𝘆 𝗦𝗺𝗶𝘁𝗵, Johnson Professor of Management at the University of Delaware, is a leading scholar on 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗼𝘅 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗼𝗿𝘆, 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲. Her work helps leaders move beyond either/or thinking and embrace the “both/and”—a mindset that is increasingly essential as organizations navigate the opportunities and tensions of AI, innovation and human-centered leadership.
