Dr. Wendy Smith, Associate Professor of Management at the Alfred Lerner School of Business at the University of Delaware joined the March 2018 member call. She shared her research on paradoxical mindset and how it relates to fostering emergence in organizations. Dr. Smith shared that adopting a paradoxical mindset has been shown to encourage creative outcomes, job satisfaction, and innovation, and has been linked to promotion within organizations.
